Good morning,
Am a client with DFCU bank. I have several accounts with the Bank and among the many accounts, one account is dormant that is Palwo Royal Agricultural Farm and Consultancy Associates, Account No. 01141114674122.
I did all that it takes to reactivate the account and all my efforts has never yield positive result. I am disappointment with the manner in which the bank is acting. It has taken nearly a month now.
What pains me is that I don’t get clear answers from the Bank.
Actually what happens is that, I write a resolution for account reactivation myself and that bounced because it needed resolution of the group members. I went back and sat with the group members and we came with the resolution, again that bounced. We were told to get the resolution from URBS which we did and again that failed.
So, what should we do?

This month I tried to send money on my account using MoMo (MTN mobile money app) I copy my account number I paste it but it didn’t show me the names why? Yet when am sending to other banks they show me names the reason why I use the app is that even if the phone got some challenges and I change the phone as long as I enter the my mtn number I can get all transactions but massage it’s to hard to keep a massage remember I just deposit I don’t get a massage because the line I used to register was cut off by UCC I sent someone to help me to change the number they refuse if I send here the national ID to check the balance they don’t why can’t you help me you send us a link to fill some of us we don’t have computer where we are working
Can you please help me to change the number from former To new number am not in Uganda I use mtn before I was using Airtel I didn’t know that they cut my Airtel off I use to monitor my account on DFCU BANK app after losing my line I couldn’t have access to my Google account I had to change after changing I couldn’t long in I don’t know what going on, on my account the id that I used to open the account I have it here am with my ID with all information I don’t know why I can’t get help
I have been an able to use my accounts because I lost my online user password yet I used to use it right now am not in the country and would like to continue with my account how can you help out. From December 2022 I have not been able to access it up to now 2024
